Order tracking numbers will be sent via email when your item ships. You can also login to your account for order updates.

Orders ship from the USA. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for domestic shipments and up to 4 weeks for international deliveries. 

Our designs are printed to order. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours your order will be in production and cannot be canceled. 

All of our products are made after you place your order. As a result, made to order products can only be returned if they are defective. We use third party printers for fulfillment and this is in accordance with their policies.

Please email us at support@modernserialkiller.com to change the shipping address on your order. Shipping address edits can only be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number and the correct address in your email.

We provide international shipping using various carriers. All duties annd taxes associated with international deliveries are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sometimes we use different manufacturers for different products. Your order may be received in more than one delivery as a result.
