Orders and Shipping

Please allow 7 to 14 days for domestic shipments (USA) and up to 4 weeks for international orders. 

In the main menu navigate to the “Help” dropdown menu and choose “My Account”. From this screen you can login, reset your password or create a new account.

If you made a mistake in your shipping information please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@modernserialkiller.com to correct the address. 

When your order ships we send tracking information to the email address used for your purchase. You can also see your order information in your account dashboard.

No. In order to protect your personal information we do not store the full number of your credit card information. In fact, we never see the full number. That’s between you and the merchant processor.

Our products ship to any country that permits deliveries from the USA. Any applicable sales tax or duties charged by the country of the recipient are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We use a number of manufacturers for our products and ship factory direct. If you order multiple items you might receive them in several deliveries. We will provide individual tracking for each package.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a problem with the quality of your purchase, you can request a refund by emailing us at support@modernserialkiller.com. Please be sure to include the order number and the reason for your return.

If you have received an incorrect item please email us at support@modernserialkiller.com for instructions on how to return incorrect items. We will send you a way to return the item with prepaid postage. 

We ship items that are prone to damage with mail services that include insurance. Please contact us at support@modernserialkiller.com to report a damaged item.

If you are returning an item we will provide a shipping method for you including the return address and prepaid postage. Please contact us about your return if you already haven’t.

Yes. If an item is out of stock you can add it to your cart and place a pre-order for the item. Wait times are usually posted in the product listing.
